RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within [30] days of receipt.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Original proof of purchase is required.

  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned (customize as needed): personalized/customized items, intimate apparel, and clearance items.

2. Return Process

  1. Request: Log into your account or contact us at [Customer Service Email] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Ship: Securely pack the item(s) with all accessories and packaging, include the completed return form, and ship them back using a trackable method to our provided address. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will process your refund within [5-10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Exchange: For an exchange, please indicate the desired style/size when requesting your RMA. The replacement will ship after we receive the returned item.

3. Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: For returns not due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: If an item is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund, or the return may be refused.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or return/refund.
